Here’s how the process works:
- When you initially connect with us, you will have an intake meeting to determine if this is the right place for you and to identify the next steps. We will determine if your child needs an evaluation and what type. We will then schedule the appropriate appointments.
- New patients who have never had therapy before will need an evaluation appointment. Sometimes, even if your child has had therapy before, a new evaluation will be needed.
- Once the evaluation (if needed) is completed, we will work with you to find a time for your child to have a regular standing appointment (same time, same day, with the same therapist, every week).
Please let us know if you will not be able to make it to your appointment. We require 24 hours notice of cancellations.
